In Tune Birthing - Services

What We Offer

We offer a variety of services to best fit your needs. You can pick and choose, or combine services as you see fit.

Personalized Lullaby

Sing your love to your baby! Work with a music therapist to write a personalized song for your baby.

Singing to the baby in the womb can:

  • increase the bond between the expectant mother and the baby

  • increase the bond between the birth partner and the baby

  • help develop the baby's listening and attention skills after birth

Your personalized lullaby can be used before and after your baby’s arrival, and can provide a sense of familiarity for the baby after they are born. Singing their song can help the baby turn their attention to you, and can help soothe the baby when they are distressed.

This service is $150, and includes assistance with lyrics and musical styling, a recording, and a written copy of your song. Read our latest review of this service here.

Music Therapy Assisted Childbirth

Using the Sound Birthing™ method, this service combines doula techniques with music therapy techniques to enhance labor and birth support for the expectant mother, her baby, and her birth partner. This service is available for whatever your birth may be - a vaginal birth, a cesarean birth (whether planned or unplanned), or VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean).

This service can help lower stress, fear, and anxiety levels, and is provided by a Music Therapist-Board Certified. In the 2 prenatal visits included in this service, you will write a birth plan, choose your music preferences for labor and birth, and practice positioning, massage and relaxation techniques to prepare for your labor and birth support. Your Music Therapist is also available for unlimited phone call/text message/email support for questions or emotional support. Once active labor begins, you will receive continuous labor support, up to 2 hours after birth. Sometime in the first 3 days after your birth, you will receive 1 post-partum visit to discuss your birth experience, and to help adjust to life with a newborn.

This service is $900 if purchased on its own. Discount applies if combined with the purchase of Creative Arts Birthing Childbirth Education Classes. Contact us for more details.
